Your Resume Redefined
& Made EASY.
Hate writing the work experience portion of your resume and trying to figure out formatting?
I've made the process EASY for you....because did you know your resume only gets 30 seconds to impress the hiring manager?
So, what's included?
3 game-changers, that's what.
Trust me, you need this.
I've sat in the hiring managers' chair for years and I know what will get you to the top of the candidate-consideration stack.
As a previous Senior Manager in the oil and gas industry, who earned 6 promotions in 8 years -
I learned who was worthy of an interview and who wasn't very quickly.
I can't tell you how many times I looked at a resume for 30 seconds and immediately put it in the "Will Not Be Considered" folder. Let me help you stay out of that stack of resumes!
Let me show you a few examples of the sentence starters..
Instead of
"I complete the monthly reports."
Use this instead:
"I managed the successful delivery of complex monthly project reporting data analytics including the year-to-date financials, remaining scope, and critical timeline constraints."
Instead of
"I spoke to vendors daily"
Use this instead:
"I managed vendor relationships and negotiated favorable contracts, resulting in an average annual cost savings of 15% for our North America warehouses."
Instead of
"Responsible for Lean management onsite."
Use this instead:
"Implemented lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives, resulting in a 15% increase in productivity."
Instead of
"I ran a team of 7 people..."
Use this instead:
"I directed and managed a team of 7 high-performing planners. Collectively, the team led new product development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensured successful product launches for over 12 new product lines in 2023."

DO THIS:
- Check your contact information - many times this information is outdated.
- Add additional accomplishments since your last update. Brag on yourself! The hiring manager may not know you so under the “Initiaitives” section describe all of your noteworthy accomplishments – Trust me, hiring managers read this section.
- Ensure the specific name of the program and platforms you are experienced in are detailed in 2 places:
- Your job descriptions
- Your Skills, Programs, and Platforms section
NOT THIS:
- Do not list your references on your resume. Instead put a one sentence disclaimer at the end of your resume that states, “References will be provided upon request.”
- Do not keep all work history on your resume. Instead put a one sentence disclaimer at the end of your work experience section that states, “Job history prior to 2012 will be provided upon request.”
