When I think of leadership, I like to imagine we’re all walking down the street.
I would imagine all the employees are in front and the leaders in the back.

Why? Because those employees are the ones pulling everyone else forward.
The leader is back there to say, “Hey if you need any help, let me know. I’m here for you.“
I’m not in front of you where I can’t see you.
I’m in the back. I can see you and if you’re struggling, I will catch you.
I’ll catch you when you fall.
I will pull you up from the trenches.
I am here for you and I will walk alongside you.”
