Women in Pediatrics Retreat 2024

Maggie presented 3 separate presentations geared towards leadership in your practice.

Maggie Norton spoke at the Women in Pediatrics 2024 Retreat in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.

Maggie hosted 3 leadership sessions around all things mindfulness in leaders, team cohesion, and communication.

Advisory Council for Flourish & Career Development Coaching Partner 

Maggie volunteers and trains the young teen girls every 2 weeks on critical career coaching skills for the Flourish Community for Young teen Girls. 

Maggie also serves on the Advisory board and sponsors the fantastic organization!

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion + Leadership Communication Training for a Fortune 500 Company

In 2023 Maggie presented at 5 sites for a Fortune 500 Company provided energy solutions to the Southeast. Presentations included:

Maggie donated her time to the W. P. Davidson high school to training Senior-level students on critical interviewing skills.

"Todays education room looked different.

Todays audience looked different.

One thing that looked the same was the eagerness to learn, earn more, and ignite their careers.

Today RepattEARN was able to spend the day training the graduating class of 2024 from W. P. Davidson High School how to interview with confidence for their first job - and even the jobs they have no idea they’re soon to fill.

I am grateful for the opportunity to impact these young adults in a positive way and thankful to donate my time doing so!
